CUBAR 2019 is offering two days of training seminars October 5-6 included as a benefit of your registration fee to each owner/skipper and one crew member. Due to space limitations, attendance is limited to 80. Please complete the reservation form by September 15. If maximum capacity of not filled by then, additional crew will be admitted on a first come basis. Lunches and refreshments during breaks are included.
