Favorite Cruising Destination
Most trips are to Catalina with Corsair Yacht Club. Good times, good fun, and good people make a great destination. We also enjoy offshore fishing for yellowtail, tuna, and dorado. Love pulling up to a kelp patty full of fish! San Clemente Island is a favorite for fishing and diving… when you can go there without being chased off by the Navy.

Favorite Boating Experience
Cruising southern Florida and the Keys before shipping boat to Ensenada. Ensenada is a great place too! Spent 9 months there.

What’s in a Name
Came with the boat… Was going to change it until I found out what the LED back lighted name cost. Plus the name has grown on us, and it looks great!

Reason to Buy This Boat
Well, as usual, I was looking for a fishing boat… and the boss lady liked this boat better. So… I can still catch fish, and she’s happy.

Interest in CUBAR
I’ve been dreaming and planning to cruise Mexico and beyond for years. Just retired, purchased new boat, sold old boat, and now ready to go! Have been looking at CUBAR for years. I am looking forward to a great adventure, meeting new friends, and a new cruising lifestyle. After La Paz, we have no itinerary except wandering wherever the weather is good and the beer is cold!

Boating Story
Has anyone else filled up there water tank only to find out it was the fuel tank. I can laugh about it now… Not so funny then. Luckily it was the 100 gallon saddle tank and the valves were closed.
